Speaking from OOC
(OOC) Hey everybody! This is Munkie's player. As painful as it is to type, I feel I must explain why I'll be gone for the next few weeks. So, I was visiting NYC yesterday and as I was getting out of the car, I slammed the car door on my finger. I had to spend most of the day and some of the night in the ER (emergency room). It's not broken though, just badly injured. I have this splint to wear and it's very uncomfortable to type in. And, no, I can't take it off. You must be thinking to yourself "You can take the splint off without any pain within several days, why will you be gone for a few weeks?" Well, in case you don't remember, I'm also planning to go to Europe (had a news post "Europe '06") on Tuesday. And I don't think I'll be mudding from my hotel. So I'll be gone until after Labor Day (not sure what day I'll be back). See ya! *runs off*

P.S. (IC) There is no secret crush anymore! Don't ask! And no, it's not your fault. It's just not working out like I had hoped.

I recently (a few months back) got the tip of my middle finger crushed in the hinge-side of a closing door. I can definetly relate.

Have a safe trip. It would also be a good idea to leave the splint on.
Just be glad you didn't get the tip of your middle finger cut off.
